About This Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with customers over the phone to qualify them and connect them with the right sales representatives. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls from individuals who have inquired about our clients' services or received offers to maximize their current benefits.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking to people, possess a positive attitude, and take pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. You'll work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM MST, providing support across various campaigns and client partnerships.
