About the Role
As a Credit & Fraud Risk Finance Analyst at arenaflex, you will be dedicated to delivering fact-based, decision-driven, and high-impact Net Loss Provision forecasts and credit risk-related insights. This role presents an exciting challenge that involves designing and developing deep analytics through leveraging advanced methodologies in forecasting approaches.
Your responsibilities will encompass performing comprehensive data analyses, developing sophisticated models, synthesizing conclusions, and communicating recommendations to key stakeholders and partners across the organization. What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and intellectually stimulating, requiring you to leverage both your technical analytical skills and business acumen. Here's what you can expect:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the economic planning process on metrics that directly influence the net loss provision on a daily basis. You'll develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that accurately predict credit losses and fraud-related expenses.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Risk and Finance teams on cross-agency strategic projects, driving key analytics to inform critical business decisions that shape our risk management approach.
- Insights & Analytics: Drive awareness of data insights, market trends, and portfolio developments across organizations. Proactively identify opportunities for analyses that can uncover hidden patterns or risks.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on initiatives across the Global Risk Finance organization to help arenaflex meet its long-term growth targets. You'll be expected to bring innovative ideas and challenge conventional thinking.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders including Risk, Collections, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Strategic Decision Support: Support strategic decisions by organizing profitability linkages between customer behaviors, fraud patterns, and credit provisions.
- Risk Management: Develop a deep understanding of Risk Management by evaluating strategic options and driving credit-related analytical insights that influence business outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, Master's in Finance or Analytics) are highly preferred.
- Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and financial forecasting. Strong proficiency with analytical tools and software is essential.
