About the Team & The Role
The Creative Production Innovation Management team consists of exceptional application managers within our broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (formerly Creative Manufacturing). We are the driving force behind complex projects that span multiple teams and business units across arenaflex. We are currently seeking a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience managing complex cross-functional programs within technology platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories and experiences to our members worldwide. As an Innovation Program Manager at arenaflex, you will act as a thought partner to key stakeholders across the organization, excelling in driving early-degree projects from initial strategy through to flawless execution.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As an Innovation Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of arenaflex's most exciting initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Complex Innovation Programs: Drive programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature. You will manage end-to-end program lifecycles while ensuring alignment with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
- Conduct Feasibility & Effort Assessments: Evaluate conceptual features and designs to determine their potential for delivering high-quality functions on time and within budget. Your analytical skills will be key in making go/no-go decisions for new initiatives.
- Act as a Thought Partner: Collaborate with Product Discovery & Promoting (PDP) leaders to shape early-level product innovation opportunities into concrete, executable programs that deliver measurable value.
- Partner with Product Managers: Work closely with arenaflex Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps. Advocate for PDP's teams by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work intensively with Product Control, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical initiatives.
- Identify Trends & Opportunities: Responsible for identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance improvements.
- Manage Assets & Milestones: Control, plan, and track PDP's resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs.
- Strategic Planning: Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and software deliverables.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of practical experience in program management practices, efficiently validated in prior roles within product engineering environments. Your track record should demonstrate success in delivering complex technical programs.
- Program Management Expertise: Possess deep domain expertise and working knowledge in establishing and enforcing program management frameworks and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Has a proven track record for influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.
- Navigating Ambiguity: Can navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
