About This Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team on a long-term basis. This is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of responsibilities spanning Facebook Ads management, Google Ads optimization, customer support, and general virtual assistance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members across multiple projects.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will oversee and help manage multiple projects, performing tasks and coordinating the efforts of others. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you will also contribute to Google Ads management and various other digital marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and comfortable communicating directly with clients through our project management system.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities at arenaflex will be diverse and engaging, ensuring that no two days are exactly alike. Here's what you can expect:
- Facebook Ads Setup and Strategy (45%): Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for multiple clients. Develop comprehensive ad strategies that align with client objectives, target the right audiences, and maximize return on investment. You'll be responsible for campaign structure, audience targeting, creative development, and performance analysis.
- Google Ads Setup and Optimization (10%): Manage Google Ads and Shopping campaigns as needed. This includes keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and ongoing optimization to improve campaign performance. Google certification is preferred but not mandatory – we're happy to support your learning journey.
- Customer Query Response (10%): Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system. You'll handle inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while representing arenaflex in a positive light.
- Graphic Design (10%): Create visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar platforms. These designs will support various marketing campaigns, social media posts, and client deliverables.
- General Administrative Support (10%): Assist the CEO and leadership team with various administrative tasks as required. This could include scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and other office duties that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Report Preparation (5%): Create detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for future optimization.
- SEO Blog Proofreading and Editing (5%): Review and quality control SEO blog content written by our team. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to quality standards before publication.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up (5%): Support our sales efforts by identifying potential leads, conducting initial outreach, and maintaining follow-up communications with prospects.

Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role at arenaflex, you must meet the following requirements:
- Location: Based in the Philippines
- Language Skills: Excellent written English – you will be communicating directly with our clients as well as proofreading and quality controlling content
- Facebook Ads Experience: Knowledge of or previous experience managing Facebook ad campaigns. If you lack experience, we are happy to provide comprehensive training.
- Google Ads Experience: Willingness to manage Google Ads and Shopping campaigns. Google certification is preferred but not required – we'll support your certification if needed.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist wherever needed, including administrative tasks as directed by leadership
- Technical Requirements: Fast computer with high-speed internet and reliable power supply
- Design Skills: Basic graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar platforms
Work Schedule and Time Zone
This position requires working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (London time). However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility. We are happy to accommodate early starts or late finishes to help you manage your time zone effectively. Additionally, approximately 30% of tasks can be completed at any time, so once you are fully trained and we've established trust in your abilities, we will offer greater flexibility in your working hours.
We may utilize Hubstaff time tracking software to monitor productivity and performance during working hours, ensuring accountability while maintaining a positive and trusting work environment.
