About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments within arenaflex to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries for information and pricing, data entry, and requests for technical support.
- Effectively interact with multiple departments, such as service parts, field service, materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management.
- Answer all incoming customer calls from customers/sales reps and service techs and serve as a back-up for placing service part orders.
- Assist customers by determining order status and working to resolve product-related problems and questions.
- Inform customers of standard procedures when placing an order and follow up (verbally or in writing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for all orders (as defined by arenaflex) that are submitted electronically or by fax with 48-hours of receipt for capital orders and 24-hours for service orders.
- Initiate and track documentation to authorize and direct work according to customers' contractual obligations.
- Perform with honesty and integrity, instituting a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
- Build relationships and foster teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals within other departments.
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems, such as JDE, SAP, Sales Force, or Genesis.
