Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services.
- Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, ensuring that you're always available to support our clients' members.
- Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

- Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required; wireless access is not permitted).
