About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Union Benefits Expert, you'll play a vital role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, answer questions, and offer guidance on our comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to union members, answering questions and offering guidance on benefits available to them
- Educate members about the benefits package, highlighting the value and advantages of our services
- Work closely with union associations to ensure seamless communication and delivery of benefits
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to members
- Meet or exceed sales targets, if applicable, by offering additional benefits to interested members
Requirements:
- Flexible hours to accommodate a dynamic work environment
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required)
- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
