About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Work with our food program and other store areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service and store operations.
• Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to solve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail and customer service experience, preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions.
