1. Passenger Assistance & Inquiry Management

- Address inquiries regarding flight bookings, reservation details, baggage allowances, and travel documentation requirements
- Provide accurate information about flight schedules, departure times, arrival times, and connecting flight options
- Assist passengers with special requests, including dietary accommodations, accessibility needs, and unaccompanied minor services
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions, regardless of the situation
2. Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling
- Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Investigate issues thoroughly by reviewing passenger records, flight history, and system information
- Provide accurate explanations and appropriate solutions to resolve problems efficiently
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring seamless follow-through

3. Booking Support & Reservation Management
- Assist customers with booking new flights, including domestic and international travel

- Process flight upgrades, seat assignments, and special service requests
- Guide passengers through the booking process, ensuring accuracy of all information entered into the reservation system

4. Real-Time Flight Information & Travel Updates
- Provide real-time flight status updates, including delays, cancellations, and gate changes
- Communicate boarding information and assist passengers with boarding pass issues

- Assist stranded passengers in rebooking alternative flights and making alternative travel arrangements
- Coordinate with ground operations and other departments to ensure accurate information delivery
5. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Identify opportunities to upsell premium seating, business class upgrades, and priority boarding
- Cross-sell travel insurance, airport lounge access, and other ancillary services

6. Technical Support & Digital Assistance

Essential Qualifications
