What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent (Ticket Specialist) at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, setting the tone for their entire travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warm Welcome & Guidance: Greet passengers with genuine warmth and professionalism, providing direction and assistance throughout the check-in and baggage drop-off processes.
- Ticket Operations: Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Check-In Excellence: Manage the complete check-in process, verifying travel documentation, confirming passenger identities, and ensuring all required paperwork is in order for smooth travel.
- Baggage Handling: Tag checked luggage and perform physical tasks involving the movement of items from scales to conveyor belts, including lifting baggage from floor level to waist height as required.
- Gate Operations: Prepare boarding areas before aircraft arrival, manage the boarding process, and assist with opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Travel Information: Respond to passenger inquiries regarding seat availability, flight status, gate changes, boarding procedures, and general travel information.
