Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Specialist to support the integration of healthcare automation technologies within hospital IT environments across the United States.
This role is responsible for ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and interoperability between healthcare automation platforms and hospital information systems. The position works closely with hospital IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and reliable system performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the organization and hospital IT teams during system implementations
• Lead IT implementation efforts for healthcare technology solutions within hospital environments
• Support integration of automation systems with hospital information systems and clinical workflows
• Assist with system configuration, interface management, and deployment within healthcare IT infrastructure
• Coordinate implementation timelines, technical documentation, and communication with IT stakeholders
• Provide remote and occasional on-site support during system deployment, go-live events, and post-implementation troubleshooting
• Respond to hospital IT security reviews and cybersecurity assessments
• Ensure systems are configured in accordance with hospital IT policies, security standards, and data governance requirements
• Maintain compliance with relevant healthcare data privacy and cybersecurity regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
Required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, systems integration, or technical deployment within hospital environments
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability and data interface standards (such as HL7 or similar protocols)
• Familiarity with hospital information systems and clinical workflows
• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to coordinate technical deployments across multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site installations and client support
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations and hospital cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience supporting integration of clinical technologies, healthcare automation systems, or pharmacy-related workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure, server configuration, or networking environments
