Inventory and Supply Chain Manager for e-commerce

Job Summary Dental e-commerce company hiring an inventory manager to manage 3PL warehouses, Amazon FBA inventory, inbound shipments and forecasting stock levels. We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations for our dental consumer products business. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality products to customers. The ideal candidate has strong experience in consumer products, healthcare, or medical device supply chains and can optimize processes while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery • Supervise warehouse and 3PL including order fulfillment and shipping to Amazon FBA. • Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics partners • Forecast product demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. Need to use Inventory Planner. • Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics including freight, warehousing, and fulfillment • Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards for healthcare or dental products • Analyze data and create reports on inventory levels, demand planning, and supply chain KPIs • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align supply with demand Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations • Experience with consumer products, healthcare, dental, or medical device industries preferred • Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier management • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple vendors and logistics partners simultaneously Preferred Skills • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for healthcare or consumer health products • Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Performance-based bonus opportunities How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter outlining relevant supply chain experience.
