International Operations Manager (Remote) – Travel & Program Coordination

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide remote operational and logistical support for international activities and programs. This role serves as a central coordination point to help ensure that logistics, communications, and operational issues are handled efficiently and professionally. This is not a booking-only role. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and help resolve issues quickly when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable supporting operations across time zones. Responsibilities - Serve as a remote operations contact for ongoing international activities - Coordinate logistics with airlines, accommodations, transportation providers, and external partners - Monitor operational conditions and provide updates when relevant - Conduct ongoing research and monitoring of regional safety, travel advisories, and local developments, and communicate relevant updates when appropriate - Assist with schedule adjustments and logistical problem solving - Maintain clear communication with leadership and partners via WhatsApp and email - Support real-time issue resolution when unexpected situations arise - Help ensure smooth coordination between leadership and external partners Requirements - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to remain calm and effective in time-sensitive situations - Experience working across time zones - Fluent English required Engagement Details - Remote role - Contract-based with flexible hours - Availability during active operations periods required Contract Dates: June 1st - June 16th Apply tot his job
