Key Responsibilities:
Analyze learning needs and design effective instructional strategies for online courses. Develop engaging and interactive e-learning content, including modules, videos, and assessments. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning and virtual environments. Proficiency in industry-standard e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent content development, writing, and editing skills. Experience with multimedia development (video, audio) is a plus.
