It's 100% commission — 12% for the project acquisition and 8% for the project disposition. The average gross profit we make on a deal is $5k-$20k. So if you can close 4 deals per month, you'd make $4k-$16k. It will likely take you 60-90 days of 40 hours per week work to close your first deal, so you've got to be ready to put in your reps at the beginning.
