The Team & The Role
Creative Production Innovation Management is the team of application managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting Enterprise (formerly Creative Manufacturing), driving complex projects across arenaflex and PDP groups. We are seeking a seasoned Program Supervisor with extensive experience in managing complex cross-functional programs for technology platforms.
The Program Supervisor will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories and experiences to our members around the globe. The ideal candidate will act as a thought partner to key stakeholders and will excel in driving early-degree projects from strategy through to flawless execution. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business strategy, requiring a unique blend of skills to navigate arenaflex's dynamic innovation ecosystem.
What You'll Do
As an Innovation Program Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in bringing groundbreaking ideas to life. Your responsibilities will span the entire program lifecycle, from initial concept development through successful delivery. Here's what you can expect:
- Lead Complex Innovation Programs: Manage highly technical, cross-functional initiatives that are innovation-focused and drive meaningful changes to our platform and member experience.
- Conduct Feasibility Assessments: Perform stage-of-effort tests and feasibility studies for conceptual features and designs, ensuring we deliver high-quality functionality on time and within budget.
- Shape Early-Stage Opportunities: Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to transform early-level product innovation possibilities into concrete, executable programs with clear deliverables and timelines.
- Collaborate with Product Managers: Partner closely with arenaflex Product Managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps, advocating for PDP's teams by proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work intimately with Product Control, Engineering, and Creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and delivery of highly technical tasks.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Responsible for identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater impact and/or performance improvements.
- Manage Program Assets: Control, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs running in parallel.
- Anticipate Future Needs: Expect and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables to ensure sustained success.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Has a track record for influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.

- Thrives in Dynamic Environments: Prospers in a fast-paced and challenging environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
