Work Schedule, Training & Growth Opportunities

Convenient Schedule

We know how important work-life balance is, which is why we've designed a schedule that lets you enjoy your evenings and weekends! You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time — that's right, weekends are completely off!

Comprehensive Training Program

Don't worry if you're new to the industrial distribution industry — our 8-week onsite training academy will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to serve our customers with confidence. You'll learn about our products, systems, and customer service best practices from experienced trainers who are invested in your success. On your first day, you'll be provided with all the equipment you need, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories.

Flexible Hybrid Work Model

After successfully completing your 8-week training academy, team members who meet our work-from-home requirements will enjoy a hybrid work environment. This means you'll work three days onsite at our Waterloo facility and two days from the comfort of your home each week. Even better — you can choose which days you prefer to work from home and can change your schedule weekly based on your personal preferences!

As you grow in your role, you may earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days per week. You'll also be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, giving you even more control over your schedule.
