Job description: Human Resources Generalist - Hybrid Remote WorkArc of Onondaga, an established non-profit provider of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to join the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist.The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting employment candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, and employees throughout their employment in areas such as benefits administration, employee relations, performance management and policy implementation.
