About the Role

The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the execution of people strategies across the Canada business. This role balances day-to-day HR operations with contributions to broader talent initiatives, while partnering closely with the Senior HR Manager, HR Director, and key HR Centers of Excellence.

This role reports to the HR Director, Canada and is a remote role with some travel required to support field teams or attend meetings.

The HR Generalist builds strong partnerships across the HR community and business leaders to support high-impact talent strategies and ensure consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices.
