HR Adviser - Employee Relations (Remote, GB, REMOTE)

Employee Relations Advisor

Salary: CIRCA £30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday

Contract: Permanent


The Role

As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting line managers across a diverse workforce of approximately 1,500 employees across 64 sites. Your primary focus will be on reducing sickness absence by providing guidance, training, and support to managers, ensuring they proactively manage attendance and employee well-being.

You will work alongside an external advisory service to complement the formal case management process, helping managers act promptly on low-level ER issues such as absence management, conduct, performance, and grievances.

Strong data analysis and Excel skills are essential, as you will be responsible for generating reports and insights to support strategic decision-making within the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level ER professional looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment with structured mentorship and exposure to a broad range of employee relations
