Key Responsibilities Include:

- Manage Health Coverage Information: Keep coverage plans accurate and up-to-date, including eligibility status, benefits information, coverage limitations, and policy details.
- Research and Update Healthcare Provider Information: Ensure accurate and current provider data within medical portals, including physician credentials, facility information, network participation, and contact details.
- Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize your knowledge of healthcare terminology, medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and insurance industry standards to enhance data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
