The Role
We're building our fashion brand in China from scratch — and we need someone who's done this before. You'll own the full China growth playbook: brand presence, creator partnerships, and revenue. No agency hand-holding. No Tmall dependency. Just a lean, high-margin DTC model built on social commerce and private traffic — with you at the helm.

What You'll Do
>> Grow the brand on Xiaohongshu Run KOC and KOL seeding campaigns that build real brand credibility — not just impressions.
>> Drive sales on Douyin Work with MCNs and creators to produce short-video and live-stream content that converts, not just entertains.
>> Build retention on WeChat Funnel social traffic into our WeChat Mini-Program store. Manage community groups that drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
>> Localize with taste Adapt our global fashion identity into content that genuinely resonates with Chinese consumers — emotionally and aesthetically.
>> Own the numbers You set the strategy, manage the budget, and are accountable for GMV, CAC, and margin.
