Job description

We currently require a highly motivated individual with a friendly and confident manner to provider operational support across the Group. Candidates must have previous experience and understanding of back-office systems such as Volume, Intelligent office, and will need to be able to prioritise a demanding and time-sensitive workloads. 

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with the ability to develop relationships. Traveling across various offices may be required. 

 

Office: Perspective Financial Group Ltd

Location: Home Based

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (35 hours) 

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications

Job responsibilities

The key duties of the role are: 

  • Focussing on 1st line of support on technical-specific operational issues across the group.
  • Business support and guidance of technology user queries and providing guidance.
  • Support business needs to improve integration needs and data quality, including valuation.
  • Liaise with software providers to resolve issues such as with CRM providers.
  • Support technology procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance of systems and configuration.
  • Identify and report system/process problems.
  • Support testing, and building work flows to support business needs.
  • Update and maintenance of system files
  • MI reporting
  • Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional tasks considered reasonable.
