Graphic Design Lead

Job Description: • Design high-quality graphics for Amazon, Shopify, websites, ads, and social media • Create Amazon-ready assets: main images, A+ Content, comparison charts, and storefront visuals • Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms • Design product labels, packaging, inserts, and other print materials • Produce 3D product renders, lifestyle composites, and hero images • Create ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube • Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals • Manage multiple projects, maintain organized file systems, and deliver on time • Review and refine designs based on feedback from leadership • Assist in planning product/lifestyle photoshoots, mood boards, and UGC briefs Requirements: • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, e-commerce, and branding work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus) • Experience designing for e-commerce brands, ideally supplements or consumer goods • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design • Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks • Experience with modern tools (Figma, Canva, AI-assisted design, etc.) is a plus • Platform compliance knowledge: Amazon, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok, etc. • Product labeling compliance (FDA/DSHEA guidelines for supplements) • 3D rendering experience for bottles, pouches, and product visuals • Ability to create high-converting marketplace images optimized for each platform’s requirements Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Long-term, stable position with room for growth • Work-from-home with flexible schedule • Creative autonomy and the ability to influence brand direction • Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture
