We have an opening for a Financial Analyst - FP&A to join our growing finance department at Flourish Research.
The Financial Analyst, FP&A, serves as a strategic financial partner to clinical operations across Flourish Research’s site network, supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial reporting to enable growth and expansion. This role partners closely with regional directors, site leadership, Revenue Cycle, and Controllership to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights, strengthen financial acumen across the business, and support data-driven decision making across all clinical trial sites.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours or as needed
Location: Remote
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Compensation: $75k-$85k base salary
