Starting Salary: $70,000 + 10% Sign-On Bonus
NorthStar Legal is recruiting on behalf of a respected nonprofit legal organization seeking two Family Law Staff Attorneys to join its growing team in Ocala.

One attorney will focus primarily on domestic violence injunction matters, while the second attorney will focus primarily on divorce, paternity, and related family law cases.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters from intake through resolution
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Provide legal advice and advocacy to clients
Manage an active caseload while maintaining high-quality client service
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Active membership in The Florida Bar and good standing
Family law experience preferred
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple matters effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to serving individuals and families facing challenging legal circumstances
