Key Responsibilities

- Implement Intelligent Response Systems: Build agents that can understand natural language, respond appropriately to customer questions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Lead Information Collection: Develop mechanisms for the agent to efficiently gather client information, including contact details, inquiry types, and relevant context to ensure smooth hand-offs to team members.
- Create Call Routing Logic: Implement smart call forwarding capabilities that direct callers to the appropriate team member based on their needs, department, or inquiry type.
- Build Scheduling Functionality: Design and integrate meeting scheduling features that allow prospects and customers to book appointments directly through the voice or chat interface.
