**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their requests through phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support by answering queries, resolving issues, and delighting customers
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer problems
* Communicating effectively with customers through phone, chat, and email
* Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues

* A minimum age of 18 years old
* The right to work in India
* Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* A minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
