As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing our properties, addressing guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. neighborhoods. * **Virtual Property Management**: Coordinate with our property owners, manage property listings, and ensure that all properties are accurately represented on our platform. * **Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate with our cleaning teams, ensure that properties are cleaned and prepared for guests, and manage any issues that may arise. * **Guest Issue Resolution**: Address guest issues in a timely and efficient manner, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable stay. * **Platform Management**: Manage our platform, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our property owners. **Success Metrics** To measure your success as a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, we'll be looking at the following metrics: * **Quick Response Rate**: Maintain a quick response rate to all guest inquiries, ensuring that every guest receives a prompt and helpful response. * **Guest Issue Resolution**: Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable stay. * **Review Rating**: Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher, demonstrating our commitment to exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * **2+ years of Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service. * **2+ years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience**: Experience in the short-term rental industry, with a focus on managing properties, addressing guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. * **Availability to Work during Normal U.S. Business Hours**: Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * **Experience with Airbnb Customer Service**:
