**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Temporary Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering continuous inbound phone calls from customers
* Taking and entering customer orders into the system
* Escalating any additional customer service needs
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST
* Must have a reliable computer and internet connection that meets our minimum technical requirements (see below)
* Must be able to work from home with minimal distractions
* Must be able to navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
