As a remote team member, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service to our customers, engaging directly with them to resolve their issues and maximize their investments in Ring products * Being a voice and advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement to enhance their experience * Working with customers to understand how they use Ring products, identifying trends, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs * Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and advocating for customer experience improvements * Assisting with customer communication and troubleshooting during Ring product launches, ensuring a seamless and high-quality level of support * Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements * Handling various contact types, including Chat, Email, Inbound and Outbound voice calls, to provide a consistent and highest-quality level of support **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * A flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base * Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, with a strong proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service * 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on technical support or product expertise **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues * A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations * Proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues, including CRM software and other tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting customer needs and resolving issues efficiently **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development, with a range of opportunities to learn and advance your career.
