We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and collaboration, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to lead our Adversarial Abuse and Business Analytics teams. As a key member of our Trust and Security team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of malicious activity. You'll also lead the Business Analytics team in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing transparency reports for countries around the world. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating threats from account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and other forms of malicious activity * Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute transparency reports for countries around the world * Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate emerging threats, including generative AI * Work with the Strategy Development team to create policies using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior * Drive functional execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7 * Attract, retain, develop, and foster exceptional talent * Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times, providing data and content-driven insights, and implementing solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) * 4-year certification or equivalent experience * 2 years of experience in risk management, anti-abuse fighting at scale, and building/conveying data-driven insights * 2 years of experience working with design teams that build data infrastructure and ML models * 2 years of experience leading teams with the ability to work non-standard hours as accelerations require * Preferred qualifications: + Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) + 2 years of experience in investigating large datasets and anomaly detection + Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities + Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab + Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners + Strong business judgment, critical, and analytical skills, including the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions in a rapidly changing industry **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive functional execution in a global team * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate emerging threats * Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions * Experience with data-driven insights and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, R, Matlab) * Knowledge of web security and anti-abuse strategies and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
