We believe in providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers and achieve their goals. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work with a cross-functional team of data investigators, BI engineers, system administrators, and data clients to deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Health. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects, upholding long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analysis expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights drives and projects * Uphold long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analysis expectations * Plan, create, and deliver layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Make data arranging and pre-handling norms for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, physically maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Create internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Plant * Experience providing idea management and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI innovation stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management * Able to travel up to/no less than 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **Benefits** * **Health and Wellness**: Extensive health care coverage plans, including clinical, dental, and vision inclusion.
