About The Role

arenaflex is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Customer Support team as a Remote Live Chat and Tele-communication Support Specialist. In this position, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing top-tier customer support in English through live chat and telecommunication platforms. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires strong communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently while delivering excellent customer experiences from the comfort of your own home.
