Job Summary
As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives by collecting and analyzing data from various sources. This is a part-time remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. If you're a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working with technology, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
* Enter data into our database using Microsoft Word or Excel (or other designated software)
* Conduct research studies and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and other related activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research studies and data collection
* Collaborate with our research team to ensure data quality and integrity
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
* Current USA resident
* Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
* Able to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized (but not mandatory)
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and tools
* Familiarity with online research platforms and tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
