Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Data Entry & Online Order Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, supporting online order processes, and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update customer and order information into arenaflex databases with precision and attention to detail.
- Online Order Processing: Process online orders efficiently, verifying all details and ensuring timely completion.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability via email or chat support, providing exceptional customer service.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data entry or order fulfillment.
- Data Confidentiality: Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex policies on information security.
- Quality Control: Perform daily checks to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- High-Volume Support: Provide support during high-volume periods such as holiday seasons or promotional events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an asset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support; prior experience in e-commerce or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
