Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting directly with subscribers across various channels to ensure their streaming experience is nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our customer support team, you will be expected to:

Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center, help desk, or remote support environment. Experience in the streaming, technology, or entertainment industries is a plus but not required.
