Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational credential
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center, retail, or remote environment)

- Strong typing skills with minimum 35 WPM
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home office setup
