Position Overview: Associate Analytics Assistant
In this role, you will be an integral part of our Global Treasury Management team, supporting critical analytics and reporting functions that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse datasets, collaborate with talented professionals across the organization, and develop expertise in financial operations and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Analytics Assistant at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Data Research and Analysis: Locate, gather, and analyze work volume, individual productivity, quality metrics, and other key performance indicators to support operational excellence.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create comprehensive reports using database queries and spreadsheet applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
- Operational Support: Perform daily administrative tasks, manage tool-related activities, and execute operational manual processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Information Coordination: Coordinate, monitor, and generate daily production of information used in analytics and decision-making processes across the organization.
