Key Responsibilities As a QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy. * Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting. * Generating reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance. * Cross-referencing paper records with digital entries to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with care, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
