Key Responsibilities As a QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy. * Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting. * Generating reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance. * Cross-referencing paper records with digital entries to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with care, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Familiarity with QuickBooks (1-2 years of experience working with similar ERPs) and a solid understanding of its features and functionalities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage physical and digital filing systems with ease. * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. * Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required. * Basic understanding of bookkeeping and expense tracking principles, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
