Our culture is built on the values of excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication, and we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to make a difference. **About the Role** As a Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting our customers with their insurance needs. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls from existing customers, using your knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines to resolve their needs quickly and effectively * Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers * Answering questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history * Using a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs, offering our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs * Creating opportunities for our in-house consultants to upsell, x-sale, re-shop, and rewrite policies * Resolving customer issues, processing payments, answering questions, and processing endorsements * Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization * Maintaining high call quality (QA) scores, process adherence, and productivity metrics **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A resident state P&C license * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and entering data * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance carrier/rater environment (preferred) * Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment * Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several carrier platforms and systems simultaneously * Strong reliable internet connection * Proactive in one's own development, welcoming coaching as an opportunity to improve * High energy and enjoyment of working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment * Experience with named non-owner policies, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state filings (a plus) * Bilingual (English/Spanish), highly desired **What You Can Expect from arenaflex** * We'll set you up for success with a paid training period, either on-site or from home * Starting salary range is $41,600.00-$43,680.00, DOE + monthly incentive, target of $500 per month + 401(k) + benefits * An investment in our employees' professional development and growth * On-going professional training following on-site training, for updates to operations and procedures via our online learning system called Litmos * The ability to work remotely without the need for relocation * A comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package, including: + Dental Insurance + Health Insurance + Vision Insurance + 401(k) + Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off + Ongoing Professional Training online via Litmos + And more **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and supported.
