**Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative**
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
* Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
* Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments
* Supporting policyholders' needs by offering recommendations and adjustments as necessary
**Qualifications and Requirements**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with the following specifications:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
* ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Proof of internet speed required
* A clean and quiet workspace
