Job Summary As an Experienced Phone and Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for navigating online to verify nurses' credentials, following up with written messages to confirm validity, and handling follow-up phone calls to check on the status of shift pick-ups. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of requests.
