You will work to research and resolve problems in a timely manner, assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, and use computerized systems to gather information and respond to questions. You will also document issues and resolutions in a common database and escalate issues as necessary. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls to address pharmacy benefits-related inquiries * Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits while maintaining productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable * Work with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues and respond to members within performance agreement guidelines * Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all inquiries to continuously improve the customer service process and reduce potential legal concerns * Identify and escalate concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent manner to pursue corrective action and expedite resolution * Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations * Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a call center environment (preferred) * 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards and performance guarantees * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to research and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in computerized systems and databases to gather information and document issues and resolutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry * Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and regulations * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills to support diverse patient populations **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills to deliver exceptional patient care * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to research and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards and performance guarantees * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives * Strong technical skills to proficiently use computerized systems and databases **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to investing in the growth and development of our employees.
