Your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing technical assistance requests from customers via phone, email, or online chat * Opening and submitting requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed * Providing timely and accurate updates to customers via email, ensuring that they receive the support they need * Maintaining accurate records and data entry, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure * Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Previous experience in I.T.
