**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
* Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both on the phone and in written correspondence
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
* Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)
* Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a hybrid or work-from-home environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Experience in the home improvement industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
