We're committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **Schedule and Work Environment** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you'll work a flexible schedule of 34 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 4:30pm CST. This role can be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. We're committed to providing a supportive and productive work environment that enables you to thrive in your role. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, your primary responsibilities will include: * Accurately entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers * Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times * Navigating efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines * Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times * Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements **Additional Responsibilities** In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll also be expected to: * Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed * Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies * Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate **Qualifications and Requirements** To be a successful Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at arenaflex, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role * Strong data entry/typing skills * Excellent attention to detail * High degree of accuracy * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong data entry skills, with a minimum of 8,200 KSPH and 98% accuracy rate * Proficiency in imaging software and ability to navigate efficiently and effectively * Ability to differentiate between different claim types and follow established data entry guidelines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
