You'll work closely with our clients to ensure that their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature, every time. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a positive attitude. If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards * Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative in all interactions * Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) * Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical support position * Familiarity with soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction * Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform mechanical services * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
