**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both in person and over the phone
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support function
* Maintaining accurate records and completing reports as required
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
* Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Meeting and exceeding customer service standards, as outlined in our Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide friendly and courteous service to all internal and external clients
* Work in a helpful and collaborative manner to ensure the progress of our organization
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel, baggage, and other services
* Handle customer transactions, including cash, checks, credit cards, and travel vouchers
* Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed and accuracy
* Ability to understand and follow procedures, learn and comprehend tagging methodology, rules, and guidelines
* Ability to work in a team environment and meet the needs of our clients
* Ability to work under close time requirements to achieve fast turnaround of aircraft
* Ability to give a well-groomed appearance and adhere to the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement
* Ability to perform all job capabilities within a restricted space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
* Ability to write and communicate effectively in English
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
