As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing outstanding live chat support to our customers during the overnight hours (typically 10pm-6am EST)
* Responding to frequently asked questions from customers, including inquiries about pricing, refund policies, and providing discount codes
* Logging into our chat application and engaging with customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions

**Essential Qualifications**
